How to Redeem Alchemy Guardian Codes

1. 1Launch Alchemy Guardians and tap on your character avatar in the upper left corner of the main screen.
2. 2Select the Settings icon from the player menu.
3. 3Tap the Gift Code button located within the settings window.
4. 4Enter your active promo code in the text box exactly as it is listed.
5. 5Tap the Confirm button to receive your rewards in your in-game mailbox.

Why Aren't My Alchemy Guardian Codes Working?

Promo codes expire fast and have specific rules. Here's why your Alchemy Guardian code might be throwing an error:

• The code has expired. For Alchemy Guardian, event codes and milestone codes tend to expire quickly — sometimes within hours. Try redeeming new codes as soon as they appear on our list to avoid missing out.
• Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization — "FreEGeMs" won’t work if typed as "freegems". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
• Already redeemed. Each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again — even after reinstalling or updating.
• Complete the tutorial first. The code redemption feature is locked until you finish the tutorial. Play through the introductory stages, then revisit the code entry screen.
• Check your in-game mail. Some rewards are sent to your mailbox rather than added to your account instantly. Look for a notification icon or mail tab after redeeming.
• Restart the game. Idle and incremental games sometimes need a full restart for code rewards to show up. Close the app completely, reopen it, and check your balance.
