MinuteTactics is an aggregator of publicly available promotional codes, gift codes, and redeem codes for video games. We compile information that is already shared publicly by game developers, publishers, and community members. We do not generate, hack, reverse-engineer, or create any codes ourselves.

Content Removal Requests

If you are a game developer, publisher, or rights holder and would like any content related to your game removed from MinuteTactics, we are happy to comply. We respect intellectual property rights and will act promptly on valid requests.

To request removal, please email us at minutetacticscontact@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name and title/role
• The company or organization you represent
• The specific content or page(s) you want removed (URLs preferred)
• A brief explanation of why the content should be removed
• Confirmation that you are authorized to make this request on behalf of the rights holder

We aim to respond to all removal requests within 2 business days.

DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on MinuteTactics infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL(s) where it appears on our site.
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, MinuteTactics will terminate access for users or contributors who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Good Faith

MinuteTactics operates in good faith. All promotional codes listed on this site are sourced from publicly available channels (official social media, press releases, community forums, etc.). We do not knowingly host infringing material and will cooperate fully with rights holders to resolve any concerns.
