Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MinuteTactics ("the Site," "we," "us"), including minutetactics.com, the optional installable web app, and related pages. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
MinuteTactics is an independent gaming publication. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game developers or publishers whose titles we cover, unless a specific page says otherwise. All game names, icons, and trademarks belong to their owners.
Contact: admin@minutetactics.com.
3. The service
The Site is a directory and editorial service. It may include:
- Publicly available promotional, gift, and invite codes for video games
- Guides, news, and blog posts
- Community-voted tier lists
- Copy, vote, report, and submit tools
- An optional installable web app and optional push alerts
- On-site mini-games that keep progress on your device
We compile information that is already public or sent to us by players and, when applicable, developers. We do not generate, hack, or sell codes. We do not redeem codes on your behalf. You redeem codes inside the relevant game or on the developer's official page, under that developer's rules.
4. No accounts
You do not create an account to use MinuteTactics. Saved games, copied codes, votes, and alert choices are stored in your browser unless a feature says otherwise. Losing that device data is not something we can restore.
5. Codes and other content are provided as-is
Promo codes expire, get region-locked, get capped, or stop working without notice. Community votes, copy counts, and "did it work" signals are player reports, not a guarantee. We make no warranty that any code, guide, tier list, or other information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for you.
- Always redeem codes only through official game or publisher channels.
- We are not responsible for what happens on a third-party redemption page, store, Discord, or social account.
- Editorial pages can be updated or removed at any time.
- The Site may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
6. Community actions
If you copy a code, upvote, downvote, report a code, vote on a tier list, or request a code check, you authorize us to record that action as described in the Privacy Policy. We count every copy and every vote. We do not fingerprint your browser or device to do this.
Do not use scripts, bots, or other automation to inflate copies, votes, reports, or submissions. We may ignore, reverse, or rate-limit abusive traffic.
7. User submissions
If you submit a code, invite code, reward note, game suggestion, or similar content, you represent that you have the right to send it and that it does not violate law or anyone else's rights. You grant MinuteTactics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site.
Submissions are reviewed. We may reject, edit, or remove anything for any reason, including suspected spam, expired codes, or content that does not belong on a code directory.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Site or its APIs beyond ordinary browsing
- Submit malware, personal data about other people, or unlawful content
- Impersonate a developer, publisher, or MinuteTactics
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security headers, or access controls
- Use the Site to distribute unofficial "generators," phishing pages, or paid-code scams
- Frame the Site or misrepresent our content as your own product
9. Intellectual property
MinuteTactics' own writing, layout, selection, and arrangement are ours. Game artwork, names, and trademarks remain with their owners and are used for identification and reporting. If you are a rights holder and want something removed, use our DMCA / removal process.
10. Third-party links, embeds, and notifications
The Site links to official redemption pages, stores, social accounts, YouTube, and similar services. Embedded YouTube players and optional OneSignal alerts are provided by those companies. We do not control their terms or privacy practices.
11. Affiliate and sponsored links
Some outbound links may be affiliate or sponsored placements. If you click them and later sign up or buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That does not change the price you pay, and it does not change how we list working codes. Details are on the Affiliate Disclosure page. We do not assign you a first-party affiliate tracking profile.
12. Optional web app
Installing MinuteTactics as a web app is optional. It uses your browser's install and notification features. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes local saved state. Push alerts are off unless you turn them on.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinuteTactics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Site or from any code, link, or third-party service you access through it.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the Site in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing. The Site is free to use; you are not required to buy anything.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify MinuteTactics against claims arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Termination
We may suspend or block access, ignore submissions, or take down content at any time if we believe these Terms have been broken or if we need to protect the Site. You may stop using the Site at any time.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first contact us and try to resolve any dispute informally.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version applies when it is posted, with the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be interpreted to accomplish its purpose as closely as the law allows.
