What is Angel Saga: Hero Action RPG?
Angel Saga is an action-packed roguelike shooter developed by Alchemist Games. Often compared to Archero but with a darker, anime-inspired aesthetic, the game follows the story of Myel, an angel summoned to the Underworld. Players must navigate through randomized dungeons, defeating waves of demons and massive bosses using a "bullet hell" combat system. Key features include highly customizable skill combinations (randomized each run), a variety of equipment to collect and upgrade, and a "stutter-step" mechanic where you move to dodge and stop to shoot. Important Note: As of late 2023, the developers have largely discontinued major content updates for Angel Saga. While the servers remain online and the game is fully playable, new events and codes are no longer being released regularly.
