Promo codes expire fast and have specific rules. Here's why your Arknights code might be throwing an error:

• The code has expired. Event codes and milestone codes tend to expire quickly — sometimes within hours. Try redeeming new codes as soon as they appear on our list to avoid missing out.
• Check for typos and capitalization. Most codes are case-sensitive. Make sure you’ve entered it exactly as shown — including capital letters, numbers, and special characters. Copying and pasting is the safest approach.
• Check your in-game mail. In Arknights, rewards are often sent to your in-game mailbox rather than appearing on screen. Check your mail, gift box, or inbox after redeeming to collect your items.
