How to claim City Arena rewards
- 1Launch City Arena: Hero Legends and complete the opening combat tutorials until you have free access to the main city screen.
- 2Tap on your Player Avatar or the Settings gear icon, typically located in the top-left corner of the screen.
- 3In the menu, look for the Redeem Code or Gift Code button and tap it.
- 4Enter your active promo code exactly as provided into the text input box.
- 5Hit Confirm to instantly claim your free Gold Keys, Cash, and Hero Shards directly from your in-game mailbox!
Common code errors in City Arena
City Arena codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:
- The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited. Some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
- Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization, so "NSGUP" won’t work if typed as "nsgup". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
- Already redeemed. For City Arena, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again, even after reinstalling or updating.
- Complete the tutorial first. The code redemption feature is locked until you finish the tutorial. Play through the introductory stages, then revisit the code entry screen.
- Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on iOS, Android. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region, so make sure the code is intended for yours.
- Check your in-game mail. Rewards from codes like "NSGUP" don’t always appear on screen right away. Check your in-game mailbox, gift center, or inbox after redeeming, since items are often delivered there instead.
