How to claim Clash of Critters rewards

Common code errors in Clash of Critters
Clash of Critters codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:
- The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited. Some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
- Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization, so "hellotatari" won’t work if typed as "HELLOTATARI". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
- Already redeemed. For Clash of Critters, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again, even after reinstalling or updating.
- Complete the tutorial first. The code redemption feature is locked until you finish the tutorial. Play through the introductory stages, then revisit the code entry screen.
- Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on Android, iOS. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region, so make sure the code is intended for yours.
- Check your in-game mail. Rewards from codes like "hellotatari" don’t always appear on screen right away. Check your in-game mailbox, gift center, or inbox after redeeming, since items are often delivered there instead.
- Update required. New codes are sometimes tied to the latest game version. If a brand-new code isn’t working, make sure your client is fully updated.
