• Check the code status. Compare the code with the active list and expired history on this page. An expiry date may not have been announced; an error alone does not tell us why a code failed.
• Check the spelling. The recorded rules allow different capitalization. Copy "spe7cial" exactly as listed and remove any extra spaces.
• Already redeemed. The recorded rules allow one redemption per account. A code you have already claimed cannot be used again on that account.
