Promo codes expire fast and have specific rules. Here's why your Hero Clash code might be throwing an error:
- The code has expired. Event codes and milestone codes tend to expire quickly, sometimes within hours. Try redeeming new codes as soon as they appear on our list to avoid missing out.
- Codes are case-sensitive. For Hero Clash, this game enforces exact capitalization, so "FreeGems" won’t work if typed as "FREEGEMS". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
