Hero GO codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:

• The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited — some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
• Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization — "FreEGeMs" won’t work if typed as "freegems". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
