How to Redeem Legend Heroes: Awakening Codes

1. 1Launch Legend Heroes Awakening and log into your main server account.
2. 2Tap on your player profile avatar located in the top left corner of the main game screen.
3. 3Select the Function button on the bottom of the profile menu (second option).
4. 4You'll see a text bar for gift codes at the top in gold.
5. 5Type your active promo code into the provided text box exactly as it is listed.
6. 6Tap the Confirm button to instantly receive your free items in your virtual mailbox.

Why Aren't My Legend Heroes: Awakening Codes Working?

Legend Heroes: Awakening codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:

• The code has expired. For Legend Heroes: Awakening, codes are often time-limited — some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
• Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization — "FreEGeMs" won’t work if typed as "freegems". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
• Already redeemed. Each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again — even after reinstalling or updating.
• Complete the tutorial first. The code redemption feature is locked until you finish the tutorial. Play through the introductory stages, then revisit the code entry screen.
• Check your in-game mail. Rewards don’t always appear on screen right away. Check your in-game mailbox, gift center, or inbox after redeeming — items are often delivered there instead.
• Restart the game. Idle and incremental games sometimes need a full restart for code rewards to show up. Close the app completely, reopen it, and check your balance.
