Lord of Seas: Survival & War is a naval-themed 4X Base-Building Strategy MMO developed by Atlas Studio (and published by Sparkler Games). Instead of the typical medieval castle setting, you take on the role of a pirate captain trying to conquer the mysterious Devil's Seas. The gameplay loop involves upgrading your island city, researching technology, and recruiting legendary heroes via the Tavern's "Contract" gacha system. Combat takes place on a massive, fog-covered ocean map where you send your fleets to hunt sea monsters, gather resources, and engage in massive real-time Alliance vs. Alliance naval warfare.

You recruit heroes through the Tavern building using the "Contract" system. Contracts come in two types: Basic and Exotic. Make sure to log in daily, as the game gives you free Basic Contract pulls every 8 hours. Save your premium Gems for Exotic Contracts during special recruitment events to guarantee high-tier SSR heroes.
Yes. Like almost all 4X mobile games, the late-game PvP and Alliance Wars are heavily dominated by "whales" who spend real money to bypass the massive building timers. Progression slows down significantly once your Headquarters reaches higher levels, requiring immense patience or paid speed-ups to stay competitive.
