Set in the dystopian, cyberpunk-inspired metropolis of DisCity, you take on the role of the Chief of the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control (MBCC). Instead of recruiting standard heroes, you arrest and command "Sinners"—dangerous convicts with supernatural mutations and unique criminal backgrounds.
