• Check the code status. Compare the code with the active list and expired history on this page. An expiry date may not have been announced; an error alone does not tell us why a code failed.
• Codes are case-sensitive. Copy "VIP666" exactly as listed and remove any extra spaces. Keep the original capitalization.
• Already redeemed. The recorded rules allow one redemption per account. A code you have already claimed cannot be used again on that account.
• Check the redemption steps. Follow the instructions above, including any tutorial or progression requirement, and use the listed redemption menu.
