Why Aren't My Seal of Fate Codes Working?
Seal of Fate codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:
- The code has expired. Many codes have a short shelf life, sometimes lasting only a day or two. If you’re seeing an error, the code may have already been deactivated. Check the status tag next to each code on our list.
- Double-check for typos. Codes aren’t case-sensitive here, but a single wrong character will still cause a failure. Copy and paste directly from our list rather than typing manually.
- Already redeemed. For Seal of Fate, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again — even after reinstalling or updating.
- Reach level 20 and finish the tutorial. The code redemption menu doesn’t unlock until you complete the tutorial and reach at least level 20. Progress through the early game first, then try again.
- Wrong redemption screen. Codes need to be entered at a specific location: Avatar -> Gift Code. Trying to redeem from a different menu or screen won’t work.
- Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on iOS, Android. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region — make sure the code is intended for yours.
- Check your in-game mail. If nothing happened after entering the code, don’t panic. Open your in-game mail or gift box — that’s where rewards are usually deposited.
