How to claim Survivor.io rewards
- 1Note: Survivor.io does not have an in-game redemption code entry box for most players. You must use the official external website.
- 2Open Survivor.io and tap your Avatar/Profile icon in the top-left corner.
- 3Locate your Player ID (a long string of numbers) and copy it.
- 4Open a web browser and go to the official redemption site: https://gift.survivorio.com/
- 5Paste your Game ID into the first box.
- 6Enter the Rewards Code in the second box.
- 7Enter the Verification Code shown in the image on the right.
- 8Tap Redeem.
- 9Go back to the game and check your Mailbox to claim the rewards.
Common code errors in Survivor.io
If you're having trouble claiming rewards, check these common issues related to Survivor.io codes:
- The code has expired. Many codes have a short shelf life, sometimes lasting only a day or two. If you’re seeing an error, the code may have already been deactivated. Check the status tag next to each code on our list.
- Double-check for typos. Codes aren’t case-sensitive here, but a single wrong character will still cause a failure. Copy and paste codes like "xiaoman2026" from our list rather than typing manually.
- Already redeemed. For Survivor.io, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again, even after reinstalling or updating.
- Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on Android, iOS, PC. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region, so make sure the code is intended for yours.
- Check your in-game mail. If nothing happened after entering "xiaoman2026", don’t panic. Open your in-game mail or gift box, that’s where rewards are usually deposited.

About the Game
Survivor.io is a hit roguelike survival RPG developed by Habby (the creators of Archero). In this fast-paced game, you play as a lone warrior awakened by the "trial of dreams" to defend the city against endless hordes of zombies. The gameplay focuses on surviving 15-minute chapters where you face off against 1000+ monsters at once on a single screen. As you level up during a match, you choose from random skills—like the Molotov, Lightning Emitter, or Soccer Ball—which can be evolved into devastating "EVO" weapons. It features a simple one-handed control scheme, a deep equipment system with "S-Grade" gear, and a "Tech Part" system to customize your build.
