This weapon boosts power by over 3K without upgrading (very significant in early game) and has very high ATK and SPD bonuses. As all the rewards are given over 3 days, you'll also get an epic rarity relic (called "Fox Hunter's Claw" that boosts attack) and Dawnium.

Yes and no. When you're visiting islands, you will need to control your chibi character to find resources (such as gold), clear dungeons, and fight enemies. When fighting enemies, your character fights for you.

After starting the game, you get an opportunity to change class at the end of the first island (it's a dialogue option) and after level 100. You're able to specialize into another class (Mage can become either a Sorcerer or Sage at level 18 and Warrior can become Duelist and Knight at level 18) later as you upgrade your character using class Badges.

Aside from using gift codes, Dawnium is awarded by playing islands and events. Dawnium drops from most treasure chests on the maps and from daily AFK rewards. Summons are best found from daily events (log in, new server bonuses) and using Dawnium to purchase. There is no discount for doing 10 summons like found in other games, so feel free to summon as you go.

While this game has gacha elements, you won't be collecting characters like you would be in Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail. Sword x Staff's summoning system awards skills usable by your character, such as legendary skills like Water Assault (for mage), Void Blessing, and more. There IS a pity system, meaning you'll get a legendary skill every 70 summons (called prayers). Legendary Skills have a 1% drop rate, so getting summons is essential to scaling your power in-game.
