How to Redeem War Vow Codes

- 2From your city view, tap on your Lord Avatar (Profile Icon) located in the top-left corner of the screen.

Why Aren't My War Vow Codes Working?
War Vow codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:
- The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited — some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
- Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization — "FreEGeMs" won’t work if typed as "freegems". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
- Already redeemed. For War Vow, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again — even after reinstalling or updating.
- Complete the tutorial first. The code redemption feature is locked until you finish the tutorial. Play through the introductory stages, then revisit the code entry screen.
- Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on Android, iOS. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region — make sure the code is intended for yours.
