1. 1Launch War Vow and complete the mandatory city-building and combat tutorial to unlock the main world map.
2. 2From your city view, tap on your Lord Avatar (Profile Icon) located in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. 3In the Lord Profile menu, select the Settings gear icon at the bottom.
4. 4Locate and tap the Redeem Code or Gift Code button to open the redemption window.
5. 5Carefully type your active promo code into the text box.
6. 6Hit Confirm to instantly claim your free Gems, construction Speed-ups, and Commander EXP tomes from your in-game System Mail!

Common code errors in War Vow

War Vow codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:

• The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited — some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
• Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization — "FreEGeMs" won’t work if typed as "freegems". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
• Already redeemed. For War Vow, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again — even after reinstalling or updating.
• Complete the tutorial first. The code redemption feature is locked until you finish the tutorial. Play through the introductory stages, then revisit the code entry screen.
• Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on Android, iOS. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region — make sure the code is intended for yours.
• Check your in-game mail. Rewards don’t always appear on screen right away. Check your in-game mailbox, gift center, or inbox after redeeming — items are often delivered there instead.
• Update required. New codes are sometimes tied to the latest game version. If a brand-new code isn’t working, make sure your client is fully updated.
