How to claim War Vow rewards
- 1Launch War Vow and complete the mandatory city-building and combat tutorial to unlock the main world map.
- 2From your city view, tap on your Lord Avatar (Profile Icon) located in the top-left corner of the screen.
- 3In the Lord Profile menu, select the Settings gear icon at the bottom.
- 4Locate and tap the Redeem Code or Gift Code button to open the redemption window.
- 5Carefully type your active promo code into the text box.
- 6Hit Confirm to instantly claim your free Gems, construction Speed-ups, and Commander EXP tomes from your in-game System Mail!
Common code errors in War Vow
War Vow codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:
- The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited — some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
- Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization — "VIP999" won’t work if typed as "vip999". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
- Already redeemed. For War Vow, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again — even after reinstalling or updating.
- Complete the tutorial first. The code redemption feature is locked until you finish the tutorial. Play through the introductory stages, then revisit the code entry screen.
- Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on Android, iOS. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region — make sure the code is intended for yours.
- Check your in-game mail. Rewards from codes like "VIP999" don’t always appear on screen right away. Check your in-game mailbox, gift center, or inbox after redeeming — items are often delivered there instead.

What is War Vow?
War Vow is a competitive real-time strategy (SLG) and empire-building game where players are thrust into a fractured medieval continent vying for supreme rule.
