Warriors and Dungeons codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:

• The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited. Some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
• Codes are case-sensitive. This game enforces exact capitalization, so "happy1" won’t work if typed as "HAPPY1". Copy the code directly from our list to avoid mistakes.
• Already redeemed. Codes are single-use. If you’ve redeemed a code before, even months ago, it’s permanently claimed on your account and can’t be used a second time.
• Wrong redemption screen. Codes need to be entered at a specific location: Settings -> Gift Code. Trying to redeem from a different menu or screen won’t work.
