Common code errors in Zomline Survival

Zomline Survival codes can stop working at any time. Here are the most common reasons a code might fail and how to fix each one:

• The code has expired. Codes are often time-limited. Some expire within 24 hours of release. If a code isn’t working, it may have already expired. We mark codes as expired as soon as we confirm them.
• Double-check for typos. Codes aren’t case-sensitive here, but a single wrong character will still cause a failure. Copy and paste codes like "ZS1KBASE" from our list rather than typing manually.
• Already redeemed. For Zomline Survival, each code can only be used once per account. If you’ve already claimed it, it won’t work again, even after reinstalling or updating.
• Reach level 3 and finish the tutorial. The code redemption menu doesn’t unlock until you complete the tutorial and reach at least level 3. Progress through the early game first, then try again.
• Wrong redemption screen. Codes need to be entered at a specific location: Settings -> Pack Redemption. Trying to redeem from a different menu or screen won’t work.
• Platform or region mismatch. This game is available on iOS, Android. Some codes only work on a specific platform or region, so make sure the code is intended for yours.
• Check your in-game mail. Rewards from codes like "ZS1KBASE" don’t always appear on screen right away. Check your in-game mailbox, gift center, or inbox after redeeming, since items are often delivered there instead.
